Where are your products sourced from?

The goal of Heart to Heart Gift Co. is to connect gift recipients with local and small business items, whether that be local to the Salinas Valley, or small business across the US. We do our best to source all of our products from these types of businesses.

How does Porch Pickup work?

Are you local to the Salinas Valley? In checkout, when choosing a shipping option - you have the choice of a porch pickup option in either Las Palmas Ranch or Spreckels! If you choose this option, we will be in touch directly via email to coordinate pickup times.

I need multiple custom boxes for an event - can you help me?

We definitely can! Reach out to us here, and we will be in touch to learn more about the event, date, and what your vision is.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products - we do not accept returns. We are confident your gift recipient will absolutely love each item that is hand chosen for our boxes! In the event that an item is broken upon receipt, please contact us within 5 business days and we will help to resolve the issue!

Help! I don’t want a receipt delivered with my gift. Can you make sure this doesn’t happen?

Without a doubt, of course! We would never, ever leave a receipt in a gift box - so do not worry!

You will receive a confirmation email with all pricing information as well as a receipt upon pickup or delivery of your box - but your gift recipient will never see any of this information, nor will it be included in the box.
